Artwork Information

Embroidery

New embroidery logos require a one-off £15 + VAT digitising setup fee. This converts your artwork into the specialist stitch file required by our embroidery machines.

If we have embroidered the same logo for you previously, you do not need to pay the digitising fee again. Please select your existing saved design when placing your order. We retain your embroidery file for use on future orders.

Printing

Please supply high-resolution artwork on a transparent background. Vector files such as PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred where available. High-resolution PNG files are also suitable for most printed designs.

Artwork should be supplied at the required print size or larger. Enlarging small or low-resolution artwork can result in blurring or pixelation and may affect the finished print quality.

AI-Generated Artwork

AI-generated artwork can be used, but it must be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI, on a transparent background, and created at the required print size or larger.

Please check AI-generated artwork carefully before uploading. This includes spelling, text, fine details, edges and small elements. AI-generated images can contain errors or imperfections that may not be obvious at first glance.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all supplied artwork is correct and suitable for reproduction. Taunton Workwear cannot accept responsibility for errors, imperfections, blurring or pixelation present in customer-supplied artwork.

If artwork requires editing, redrawing, background removal or other preparation before it can be used for production, an additional artwork charge may apply. Where additional chargeable artwork work is required, we will contact you before carrying it out.

Colours

Colours displayed on screen are for guidance only. Screen settings and different production methods mean that printed and embroidered colours may vary from those displayed on your device.
