Yes! We offer personalised embroidery and printing services for most of our workwear products. Simply provide your logo or text, and we’ll handle the rest. Perfect for creating a professional look for your team.

3. How do I place an order for personalised workwear?
It's easy! Select the item you'd like from our collection, choose the "Start Designing" option, and upload your logo or provide the text. If you need help, our customer service team is happy to assist.

4. Can I try on garments before purchasing?
Absolutely! Our showroom is stocked with a wide range of items that you can see, feel, and try on before making a purchase. If you're looking for something specific, feel free to contact us in advance so we can check availability or do our best to have samples ready for your visit.

5. What is the turnaround time for personalised orders?
Personalised orders typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on the size of your order. During quieter periods, we may complete your order even sooner, while busier times might extend this timeframe slightly. Rest assured, we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process. If you do need it super quick we do offer an expedited service for a fee

6. Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you're considering placing a bulk order, simply contact our team, and we'll work to provide you with the best possible price. Additionally, our bundle deals are already discounted, giving you even more savings compared to buying items individually.

7. What are your delivery options?

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services. For Tracked 24, Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, while Tracked 48 typically takes two to three working days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international shipping.

9. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your parcel.

11. Can you remove the background from my logo?

Absolutely! We automatically remove any background from your logo as part of our standard process. Before proceeding, we'll send you a proof to ensure everything looks perfect and meets your expectations.

12. Do you offer embroidery or printing?

We offer both! You can choose between embroidery or printing, depending on your preference. Some garments are better suited for one method over the other, and our expert team is here to guide you in making the best choice. We offer embroidery, DTF printing and vinyl printing.
