Returns Policy – Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
At Taunton Workwear, all products listed in this Tiny Talk shop are bespoke and made to order. Each item is produced specifically for your organisation.
Due to this, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
As all garments are customised to your order, please ensure all details — including sizes, are correct before checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes in size choice.
Orders go into production very shortly after being placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll investigate the issue with our courier and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
